Covid in a small town

For a long time, I have been the photographer for the Wellness Matters done by Community Hospitals and Wellness Center. I love all of the assignments I have done, but you get that special one every once in a while.

When we got together to talk about this upcoming issue, about covid here in Williams County and the people behind it, I was all in. These people, for me, are heroes. They had no clue what they were getting into. But they did what they loved. Health Care.

Covid has affected all of us one way or another. Suppose you have not had a chance to read this issue; click on this link and hear from these hero’s themself. I learned so much that I did not know while taking the pictures. Thank you to all healthcare professionals; you are truly blessed at what you do.

Entering Sports

It’s been some time. But I am getting back into sports again, not playing, but taking pictures. I have expanded my photography by doing team and individual photos.

Bryan Softball Girl Association asked me if I would be interested in taking this year's photos. I felt pretty good about doing it but never did it before. However, I felt very comfortable doing it. After all, do headshots and group photos s today.

With that in mind, I used a 3 light setup. My backlight I made the artificial sun, knowing what background I would use for the finals. What I had to learn where all the different print formats we were offering and placing orders for them. (button, bottles, coffee cups, and so on)

Like any new adventure, you will always learn something. For me, I am looking forward to expanding my business with Sports. Feel free to contact me if you are looking for help for your team for association in Northwest Ohio and the surrounding area in Indiana and Michigan.
