A few weeks ago, I was the photographer for the Bryan Area Foundation celebrating their 50th year. This year Good Citizen was Dean Spangler. I was at oz listing to his talk about Spangler Candy. I never met this man until about six months ago. I understand why he was Good Citizen and why Spangler's has been so successful. Congratulations Dean
